1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the mobile application FreeNic (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. ELIGIBILITY (18+)
The App is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
FreeNic provides digital features and content intended for informational and self-improvement purposes.
The App may include free features, paid features, advertisements, and subscription-based content.

4. LICENSE TO USE THE APP
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App unless explicitly permitted by us.

5. PROHIBITED USE
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose
- interfere with or disrupt the App’s operation or security
- attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections
- misuse advertisements or subscription mechanisms

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
The App may offer paid subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that provide access to premium features.
### 6.1 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through **Google Play Billing**.
- Payment is charged to your Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
### 6.2 Automatic renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- The renewal will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
### 6.3 Managing and canceling subscriptions
- You can manage or cancel your Subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
- Canceling a Subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- Access to premium features remains active until the end of the paid period.
### 6.4 Free trials (if applicable)
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid Subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Only one free trial may be available per user unless otherwise stated.
### 6.5 Refunds
- Refunds are handled exclusively by Google Play in accordance with its refund policies.
- We do not issue refunds directly.

7. ADVERTISING
The App may display advertisements, including to users with free access and, unless otherwise stated, to subscribed users.
The content and availability of advertisements are subject to change.

8. DISCLAIMER
The App is provided for **informational and self-improvement purposes only**.
The App does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice and is not intended to replace consultation with qualified professionals.
Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreeNic shall not be liable for:
- any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- any issues arising from the use of or inability to use the App

10. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on our website at freenic.tech, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
